We decided to proceed with Swift Fire & Safety for our annual service of our fire alarm as they were quick and responsive in our quotation. Within a week we had an engineer called James attend the property to carry out an assessment and same day repairs were made to the system. James was highly informative and kept us updated through every stage of the process also offering a quick training session of the fire alarm and how it works once the repairs were completed. The office are quick to respond to any questions or queries that you may have and they cannot do enough to help you. With our system being old we were experiencing some teething problems after the first visit and noticed a fault showing on the switch board. After making a quick call to the office an engineer was sent out the same day and arrived within 2 hours to repair the fault. We have an ongoing support contract with Swift for our Fire Alarms and Fire Extinguishers. We have a fairly complicated site, so having a close-knit team of engineers who visit the site is a must. So far in having been the manager at our site for 6 months I have had the pleasure of meeting Dan and Max, Dan did the site survey for us and Max did the remedial works required. Both polite, professional and friendly. We will be happy using Swift for the foreseeable future!
