Testimonials
Project Scope
Swift Fire and Safety took charge of the entire process, from the supply of equipment to the final commissioning of the system. This not only ensured an exceptional end solution, but also allowed for a seamless transition from the old fire system to the new one.
Challenges and Solutions
Keeping the Existing System Operational
Throughout the installation process, the existing fire alarm system was kept 100% operational. This was achieved through strategic planning and execution, ensuring that the medical centre remained protected during the transition.
Advanced Electronics Fire Alarm Panel and Apollo Fire Devices
Swift Fire and Safety implemented an advanced electronics fire alarm panel, along with Apollo fire devices, to enhance the overall efficiency and reliability of the system. This choice was made to meet the highest industry standards.
Full Fire Alarm Installation
Our team went beyond the fire alarm system and extended the installation to cover automatic doors and lift connections. The integration ensured that doors automatically closed upon activation, and lifts safely descended to the ground, enhancing overall safety measures.
Outcome
Lawrence David were exceptionally pleased with our work on the project, providing us with some great feedback:
‘’Following a number of conversations and site meetings, we were more than happy to employ Swift Fire & Safety to carry out the fire alarm installations required within our Peterborough sites.
The politeness, knowledge and professional approach installed confidence that the work would be carried out to a high standard. We stressed the importance of continuous production during the installation, this didn’t prove an issue at all and night work was agreed.
Before, during and after the installation works, communication has been extremely impressive. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly and all updates have been provided.
The engineer’s attitude and workmanship has been excellent from start to finish. This was a large and potentially problematic project but Swift Fire & Safety took away the hard work and made life easy for us.
We cannot recommend Swift enough, it’s been a pleasure working with the team’’
